How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed in 1–2 business days, then 4–8 business days for standard US delivery. Express US is 2–4 business days. Germany is 7–16 business days. Full detail on our Shipping Policy page.
Where is my order?
Use the Track My Order page. Paste the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email and it takes you straight to the carrier's live status.
What does shipping cost?
Standard US shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Below $70 it is a flat $8. Express US is $15 and Germany is $20. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return something?
Yes, 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. See Returns & Exchanges.
When do I get my money back?
We refund within 3 business days of the return arriving, to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes another 3–5 days to post it. See our Refund Policy.
Are your pieces dishwasher safe?
Most are. Anything with a nonstick coating, natural wood or bamboo is hand-wash only to protect it. Every product page lists its own care instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States and Germany only. German orders typically arrive in 7–16 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will sort it before the parcel leaves.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet. Orders ship in plain, recyclable packaging with no pricing on the outside, so they are safe to send straight to a recipient.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Send a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. No return shipping needed.
